This week we have guest, Sarah Cronk! If her name sounds familiar it's because she has made headlines as being one of the creators of an inclusive high school cheerleading team. Sarah created and coached the nation's first high-school based inclusive cheerleading squad at Pleasant Valley High School in Bettendorf, Iowa, when she was just 15 years old. She then went on to start The Sparkle Effect, a non-profit that helps students across the country start squads just like the Sparkles. Since 2009, The Sparkle Effect has generated 51 cheerleading and dance teams nationwide. Sarah's achievements were most recently recognized by Oprah Winfrey.
