Gifted with ADD/ADHD - 09/07/2012

Author, Trainer and Executive-Functions Coach, Margit Crane, joins us on The Inclusive Class Podcast this week! Margit, who is passionately devoted to making growing up much easier for AD/HD kids and their families. In addition to a general discussion about children with AD/HD, Margit will also discuss the characteristics of a Gifted child with AD/HD.

Children with AD/HD and who are exceptionally bright can present challenges for parents and teachers. Often difficult to diagnose, a child's AD/HD traits may overshadow his/her intellectual ability and potential. As a former teacher and school counselor for 30 years, Margit will provide advice and suggestions on how adults can support these unique students in the classroom.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge, Margit is the author of the Mom’s Choice Award® winner, How to Train Your Parents in 6½ Days for tweens, teens & parents. Margit Crane is also the owner of two businesses that celebrate the distracted family: “Gifted With ADD” and the newer “Good-Enough Parenting™” You can find both on Facebook and Twitter.
