Making Inclusion a Part of Every Child's School Experience - 07/12/13

This week, Carol Quirk who is the Co-Executive Director for the Maryland Coalition for Inclusive Education, will return to the podcast. Carol is going to talk, on behalf of the MCIE, about disability being a part of the human experience. Therefore, it makes sense that inclusion should be a part of every child's school experience.

The Maryland Coalition is a highly regarded organization that supports and raises awareness for inclusive education. The inclusive philosophy of the MCIE is rooted in the belief that all the children should be expected to attend their neighborhood school, learn from the same curriculum, and be prepared to live in a world that includes both neurotypical and atypical learners.
